Full Swimming Pool Inspection

When you look into a swimming pool from the deck can you be sure you would be able to see any hairline cracks or damage to the pool surface? What about any tiles that go under the surface? would you be able to tell if they are loose?

Most Home Inspectors will check the pool surface and tiles from outside the pool, check the pump for leaks and see that it works. They will also run the heater to make sure that works, they will also turn on the pool light but like you what can they see below the water surface from the outside?

At Wise Move Home Inspections we can go that one step further and go into the pool with scuba equipment and an underwater camera to check for cracks in the pool surface, cracked or loose tiles or even cracks in the pool light cover.

As with your home inspection you will receive digital photos and a computer generated report on the condition of the pool.
